We recommend that the area of application be hair and lotion free. Once you remove tape it will no longer stick. Remove tape slowly. If you experience any difficulty use baby oil for ease, or remove in shower. For extended wear shower/bathe as usual. Dab moisture off of tape with towel. It is not recommended to wear one pair for more than 3 days. For daily use be sure to moisturize area after each use.
